30-Day Returns. Not the right fit? Return any order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price — items unused, you cover the return shipping, original shipping not refunded. Email contactlidloft@gmail.com with your order number for the return address; refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Arrived broken or damaged? Email a photo within 30 days and we send a free replacement (or refund) — no return needed. Wrong item? Email your order number and a photo within 30 days and we make it right.
