We want LidLoft to give you your shelf back. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at kitchenorganizors@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Contact us first and we'll confirm the return address and next steps. Returned items should come back in original condition. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return being processed.
Damaged or wrong item?
No return needed. Email us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away.

Want a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a swap.
