Short version: shipping is a flat $9.95 per US order, everything is tracked, and if it doesn't work in your kitchen we'll make it right for 30 days.
Flat-rate US shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, no matter how many organizers you add — a 2-Pack ships for the same $9.95 as a single. We currently ship within the United States only.
When will my order arrive?
Here's the timeline from checkout to doorstep:
- Order prep & fulfillment: 1–3 business days
- Transit: typically 3–5 business days
- Total: most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of ordering
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, email us and we'll chase it down for you.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
Use it in your kitchen. If LidLoft doesn't give you your shelf back, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. We just ask that returned items come back in original condition.
To start a return, email contactlidloft@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions the same or next business day.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the original, and no cost to you.
