How does it mount? Will it damage my cabinet?

Two #6 × ½″ screws come in the box, one at each end. A screwdriver is all you need and the whole job takes about two minutes.Renting, or would rather not drill? It also mounts with heavy-duty double-sided strips (sold separately), which come off clean.

Which size should I get?
